Accept an invitation

An admin of a Tenant can invite you by email. The email is in English and German and has a link to the Invitation. Only people with an Invitation can create an account.

Open the link in the email. The page says which Tenant invited you, and for which email address. What you do next depends on whether you already have an account.

Create your account

If you don’t have an account yet:

1. Under New here? Create your account, choose a password. It needs at least 12 characters, with a lowercase letter, an uppercase letter, a digit and a special character such as - or !. The page ticks off each rule as you type.
2. Select Create account and sign in. You don’t need a code from another email: the Invitation already proves the address is yours.
3. Sign in with your email address and the new password.

Your password goes straight to the sign-in service and never to Strategy Agent. You can then set up two-step verification.

If the page says an account with your email address exists already, use Accept and sign in below instead.

Accept with your account

If you already have an account:

1. Under Already have an account?, select Accept and sign in.
2. Sign in with the account of that email address, as you always do.

Either way, you are now a member of the Tenant and land in it. If you are a member of other Tenants too, you can switch between them.

If you accepted the Invitation earlier but didn’t sign in then, open the link again and select Sign in: the Invitation joins you at that sign-in, as long as it hasn’t expired.

When the link doesn’t work

• The Invitation has expired: an Invitation is valid for seven days. Ask the person who invited you to send it again.
• The Invitation was withdrawn: the admin revoked it. Ask them if you think this is a mistake.
• The Invitation was already used: each Invitation works once. If you used it yourself, just sign in.
• The link doesn’t work: open the whole link from the email. If the Invitation was sent again, only the link in the newest email works.
