Set up your Tenant, invite users and manage who may do what

Scavenger AI now creates your Tenant and invites its first admin, who accepts the terms and the data processing agreement for the company at their first sign-in. See Set up your Tenant.

The Admin App has its first pages. With the matching Rights, admins:

• invite users by email, and see, deactivate or remove them;
• decide who may do what with Roles and Rights and Groups;
• choose how users sign in, with passwords and two-step verification, Verified Domains and single sign-on (SSO) through SAML or OpenID Connect;
• follow who did what in the Audit Log;
• off-board the Tenant when the company leaves the platform.

For users:

• An Invitation’s link lets you create your account or join with the one you have.
• The sign-in page asks for your email first and sends you to your company’s SSO where it has one. See Sign in and ask the agent.
• Your account can belong to several Tenants, and the Tenant switcher moves you between them. See Switch Tenants.
• You can protect your account with a code from an authenticator app. See Set up two-step verification.
• What you see in the apps follows your Rights. See Move between the apps.
