Sub-processors
Sub-processors are the service providers that process personal data on our behalf while we provide our products to your company. We bind each of them to the obligations of our data processing agreement.
The current list
Section titled “The current list”The list of our current sub-processors, with what each one does, for which product and where its servers are, is Annex 4 of the data processing agreement. It is the one list that applies.
For the Strategy Agent, these are:
- Amazon Web Services, for hosting, databases, storage, sign-in, AI models and delivering the web application;
- Microsoft, for relaying messages if your company uses the Strategy Agent in Microsoft Teams.
Changes
Section titled “Changes”Before we add or replace a sub-processor, we inform your company. Your company may object within two weeks for an important reason under data protection law. The details are in § 8 of the data processing agreement.
