Off-boarding

Off-boarding takes your Tenant off the platform. The Tenant is locked at once, Scavenger AI can restore it for 20 days, and after that all its data is deleted.

You need the Right to off-board the Tenant. Admins hold it. Scavenger AI staff can off-board a Tenant too, for example when a contract ends.

What happens when you off-board

• The Tenant is locked at once. Nobody can sign in to it or use it any more, you included. Anyone who is signed in sees that the Tenant is locked at their next action, and the agent answers nothing more in it.
• Scavenger AI can restore it within 20 days. A restored Tenant is as it was: its users, Roles, Groups, settings and Conversations are all still there.
• After 20 days all its data is deleted for good. That includes the Conversations, users, Roles, Groups, Invitations, sign-in settings, Verified Domains, SSO, the accepted terms and the Audit Log. Accounts that belong only to your Tenant are deleted too; people who are also members of another Tenant keep their account there.

Scavenger AI keeps only your Tenant’s ID, its name, and when it was off-boarded and deleted.

Off-board your Tenant

1. In the Admin App, open Off-boarding.
2. Read what happens, then select Off-board with your Tenant’s name.
3. Type your Tenant’s name exactly as it is written, then select Off-board.

The app then shows that the Tenant is locked.

Undo an off-boarding

If you off-boarded your Tenant by mistake, contact Scavenger AI within 20 days. They restore it from their platform area, and everyone can sign in again as before. After 20 days the Tenant can’t be restored.
