Set up your Tenant
Scavenger AI creates your company’s Tenant and names you as its first admin. Until you accept the terms of use and the data processing agreement (AVV) for your company, nobody can use the Tenant, you included.
Create your account
Section titled “Create your account”You get an email in English and German with an Invitation to the Tenant. Open its link within seven days and create your account, as Accept an invitation describes. You join the Tenant with the Role Admin, which holds every Right.
If the link has expired, ask your contact at Scavenger AI for a new one.
Accept the terms and the AVV
Section titled “Accept the terms and the AVV”At your first sign-in, before anything else, a page asks you to set up the Tenant:
- Read the terms of use and the data processing agreement. The page links to both on our Trust Center and shows the date each was last updated. The German versions prevail.
- Tick the box to accept both on behalf of your company.
- Select Accept and continue.
The Tenant is now active, and you land in the Strategy Agent. We keep a record of which versions you accepted, when, and in which language. The audit log lists the acceptance too.
If the page says the documents changed a moment ago, read the current versions and accept again.
What happens until then
Section titled “What happens until then”Nobody else has access before you accept. Anyone who signs in to the Tenant meanwhile sees a page saying it isn’t set up yet, and the Strategy Agent answers nobody.
You don’t accept anything again when the terms change later: changes are announced as the terms describe.
